You may request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchasing the Campaign Ready Founding Retailer Beta. To request one, use the support contact shown on your purchase receipt and include the email address used at checkout.

What happens after a request

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer controls how quickly the credit appears.

Digital files

If a refund is issued, your license to use the campaign files ends. Please delete downloaded copies and stop using the materials.

Feedback

Feedback is encouraged but is not required to receive a refund within the 14-day period.
